I actually just looking to replace my frying pan (which uses teflon) as bits appear to be falling off the non-stick surface at the moment - im considering going down the stainless steel root. That being said, i hardly ever use a frying pan as all meat and even some veg gets cooked in my rather ample sized George Forman grill... obviously though i presume the surface on this is also teflon???
