Jash Botanicals is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We absolutely will not sell, share, or rent this information to others.

We request information from the user only on ordering and request forms. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address, email address, etc.) and financial information when ordering products online (like credit card number, expiration date). If you place an order through our shopping program, information is collected for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. E-mail is used for order confirmation and possible customer contact for clarification of information submitted on this site. We don't do bulk email advertising or promotions and we will only contact you in the event it is needed for an actual order or to provide information you specifically requested.

We don't use cookies or java scripts to collect information about you and your computer without your knowledge. To be honest, we're just not that geeky. We don't know how to program those sorts of things or why we would need that sort of information. The only information we collect is that which you are aware you are giving us for the purpose and intent described when you provide it.

All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment.
