The formula for MycoCeutics® Ten Mushroom Formula® was derived from clinical experience and provides correct ratios of key medicinal mushrooms for greater effectiveness and comprehensive support for the immune system.*
Ten Mushroom Formula® is a new, correctly balanced ratio of the most highly regarded medicinal mushrooms for general immune enhancement and good health: Reishi, Maitake, Shiitake, Hericium, Cordyceps, Coriolus, Umbellatus (polyporus), Wood Ear, Poria and Tremella. The mushrooms in 10 Mushroom Formula® contain beta-glucans, alkaloids, nucleotides, proteins, triterpenes, polysaccharides and unsaturated fatty acids.
Active constituents in these mushrooms appear to support different elements of the immune response. The resulting combination can have broad and impressive effects on human health. Convenient capsules now provide the exact balance and ratio to take advantage of these ancient, treasured, mushrooms. |

MycoCeutics® Ten Mushroom Formula® is specifically designed for individuals wishing to enhance their immune functions. It is also useful for promoting heart and artery wellness by regulating blood pressure. Some components enhance the immune response to foreign invaders such as toxins, mutagens and free radicals, by enhancing the liver’s detoxification cycles. Others directly stimulate interferon production and various cells (such as macrophages and Natural Killer cells) involved in immune function.
Grown on a bed of organic brown rice under careful conditions, these premium quality mushrooms never come in contact with heavy metals, pollutants or contaminants sometimes found in mushrooms from other sources. Cultivation creates a safe, high-quality supply, without damaging sensitive ecological area, which can occur with wild crafted mushrooms.
Additional beta-1,3-glucan (derived from purified yeast) is added to enhance the immune-boosting beta-glucans (beta-1,3 and betas-1,6) naturally occurring in the mushrooms. |

There are over 200 species of mushrooms that have been found to markedly inhibit the growth of various pathogens. Recently, scientists in the US have begun studying specific mushrooms as potential factories for the production of naturally occurring pharmaceuticals. Several fungi growing on Pacific Yew trees were found to produce a Taxol-like substance independently of the Yew tree itself. Taxol is an important chemotherapeutic agent. The production of Taxol-like compounds from mushrooms is a prime example of the potential benefits of growing mushrooms on botanical sources in order to develop enhanced nutraceutical compounds. This novel approach is used in the creation of MycoPhyto® Complex.

MycoPhyto Complex® and 10 Mushroom Formula® contain Beta-glucans from two sources. The Beta-glucan amount listed on the product label is derived from yeast, but the mushrooms also contribute a substantial amount of Beta-glucan.
10.93% of the MycoPhyto® Complex and 12.26% of the 10 Mushroom Formula® is Beta-glucan. This includes the yeast derived Beta-glucan as well as the Beta-glucan from the mushrooms themselves.
