Wouldn't you want to support cognitive function at any age? The majority of people presuppose, that over time, the brain will go to seed no matter what. There are many experts, however, that believe the brain is similar to a garden that thrives with daily attention and nourishment. Remember that your brain boasts 100 billion neurons (nerve cells) working constantly with billions more connections and operating the whole entire body - amazing! And according to scientists, a million new connections can be manufactured every second, even in 'older brains.' It is so important to catch memory problems early and many researchers believe that in addition to keeping your brain active with cognitive skills & exercises, nutrition holds real power to support the aging brain. The nutrients and botanicals achieved in Jash Botanicals' Think enhances the structure and function of the brain as well as intervenes against attacks by environmental toxins that can result in free radical damage.

Organic Ginkgo Leaf (Ginkgo biloba)

Scientific Name: Ginkgo biloba
Pharmacopoeia Name: Ginkgoaceae
Common Names: Maidenhair Tree, Ginkgo
Active Compounds: Diterpene Lactones, Ginkgolides, Sesquiterpene Lactone Bilobalide, Ginkgo Glycosides.
Common Uses: Cognitive Function, Memory Loss, Tinnitus, Vertigo, Sexual Dysfunction

Ginkgo Biloba Overview: Ginkgo is the oldest living species of tree on earth and dates back 225 million years ago. Ginkgo leaf extract is one of the most clinically tested and frequently prescribed phytomedicines in Europe, and has been one of the best-selling herbal dietary supplements in the United States for about the last seven years. The German Commission E recognizes ginkgo for the treatment of memory loss, ringing in the ears, dizziness, and poor circulation in the lower legs resulting in pain during walking. It improves circulation to microcapillaries to carry vital nutrients and oxygen to all tissues of the brain and heart. This is a great free-radical fighter, and a valuable asset to cognitive function.
Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri)

Scientific Name: Bacopa monnieri
Pharmacopoeia Name: Scrophulariaceae
Common Names: Bacopa, Bacopa Monniera, Brahmi, Neer Brahmi, Pennell, Water Hyssop
Active Compounds: Saponins, Betulinic acid, Aspartic Acid, Serine, Wogonin, Oroxindin, Apigenin, Luteolin
Common Uses: Mental Function, Learning Ability, Memory, Increased Concentration

Bacopa Overview: In the Ayurvedic Medicine of India, Bacopa has been revered for almost three thousand years, but has emerged from the recesses of old Indian medicinal tradition to demand its place in today's pharmacopoeia. It was utilized historically as a brain tonic for memory and learning, a nerve tonic for anxiety or epilepsy, and a cardiac and respiratory aid. Bacopa evidently enhances our ability to learn and retain new information. Learning and memory appear to function optimally when we are calm and relaxed, and one of the ways Bacopa may act is by relieving anxiety. In addition, another aspect of memory relates to motor function in our bodies, and Bacopa may participate here as well. Memory operating at a molecular level is involved in transmitting chemicals that preside over motor responses and nerve signals. Researchers believe that, among its other mechanisms, Bacopa may aid in the regulation of these important chemicals by stimulating production of a neurotransmitter in the brain known as gammaaminobutyric acid (GABA). GABA impedes convulsive behavior and aids in locomotive function.
Kola Nut (Cola acuminate)

Scientific Name: Cola acuminata
Pharmacopoeia Name: Sterculiaceae
Common Names: Kola Seeds, Guru Nuts, Bissy Nuts, Cola Seeds
Active Compounds: Theobromine, Tannins, D-Catechin, L-Epicatechin, Kolatin, Kolanin
Common Uses: Comprehension, Memory, Cognitive Function, Anxiety, Mental Fatigue, Physical Fatigue

Kola Nut Overview: The brain is the mastermind of the whole nervous system for the body. Kola nut was employed by numerous herbalists in the last century to fire up, wake up, and arouse the brain and nervous system. In minute doses, it enhances the action of Ginkgo and makes both of them work even more efficiently. Kola Nut's caffeine content is limited to 1.5-2%, and with the addition of theobromine (an alkaloid comparable to caffeine), it amplifies cerebral circulation. Due to the small amount of kola nut utilized in this formula, the stimulatory effect is limited to the brain and has a very restricted impact on the adrenals (unlike coffee).
Rosemary Leaf (Rosmarinus officinalis)

Scientific Name: Rosmarinus officinalis
Pharmacopoeia Name: Lamiaceae
Common Names: Rosemary, Romero, Dew of the Sea, Compass Weed
Active Compounds: 1,8-cineole, carnosol, carvacrol, carvone, caryophyllene, geraniol, hesperidin, limonene
Common Uses: Nervous Tension, Anxiety, Memory, Cognitive Function

Rosemary Overview: Although rosemary is widely used as a culinary herb, it is also traditionally utilized by herbalists and practitioners for its health benefits. Rosemary has a very old and deep-rooted reputation for strengthening the memory and sharpening the senses (including vision). It accomplishes this by feeding the brain with oxygen-rich blood. The ursolic acid in rosemary inhibits acetylcholinesterase, which is an important factor for the brain. This enzyme catalyses the breakdown of the neurotransmitter chemical acetylcholine, which is key for effective cognition and reasoning. In addition, rosemary is an excellent stimulant for the circulatory system that not only improves brain function, but has also been utilized to treat disorders characterized by chronic circulatory weakness. The flavonoids, in rosemary are allegedly more successful than rutin in diminishing capillary fragility, and boosting a stronger flow of blood.
Blue Periwinkle (Vinca minor)

Scientific Name: Vinca minor
Pharmacopoeia Name: Apocynaceae
Common Names: Common Periwinkle, Creeping Myrtle, Lesser Periwinkle, Myrtle, Blue Periwinkle
Active Compounds: Vincamine, Vinpocetine
Common Uses: Cognitive Function, Memory, Cell Oxygenation, Immune Function, Peripheral Circulation

Blue Periwinkle Overview: The therapeutic value of blue periwinkle dates back centuries and was used for maladies that ranged from wasp stings to diabetes. In the 1950's, however, scientists revealed that the plant was rich in a group of critical chemical alkaloids. From these alkoids, a quantity of key medical drugs have been derived or synthesized, including agents for lowering blood pressure and blood sugar, as well as the chemotherapeutic drugs vincristine and vinblastine. Around the same time, scientists also isolated an additional alkaloid, vincamine. By the time 1976 came along, a synthesized version of vincamine was being launched into clinical practice throughout Europe for the treatment of cerebrovascular disorders and related symptoms. Today, built on more than 200 clinical trials involving some 40,000 patients, we recognized that this herb is a potent natural remedy for some our most widespread age-related maladies of the brain. Blue Periwinkle is known to possess positive effects on thought, reason, emotion, and memory. There are five chief ways that it appears to improve overall memory and brain function. It increases blood flow to the brain, guards against oxygen deficits (hypoxia) and lack of blood flow (ischemia), thereby inhibiting tissue death.

Manufactured using only organically grown and wild harvested botanicals to ensure the most potent ingredients.
Manufactured using a lengthy maceration time for an unheard of 6 months, agitated on a daily basis to absolutely ensure the most effective extraction of its botanical properties. Most manufacturers use 2-3 day extraction processes that result in little more than a useless tinted liquid.
Manufactured using a 90 percent concentration of herbs to provide for an extremely saturated formula. Most manufacturers use a 10-40 percent concentration in their formulas.
Be sure to check out our complete page on our manufacturing process.

We recommend 2-3 droppers full (30-60 drops), 3 to 4 times daily in a glass of warm water, tea, or juice. Consistent use over a minimum period of 3-4 weeks is optimal, or whenever enhanced cognitive function is desired.
